1 Year of Travel, a new album, and a new home in Los Angeles!

After a little over a year straight of travel, I am very excited to be back, living in Los Angeles. For those that don’t know, I grew up and went to school in L.A.
Great to be back and also great to be working on the release of my newly completed Album Costume Ball!

Gaby is in Central America!

How´s it going friends. To celebrate the finsihing of my new album, Costume Ball, I will be traveling around Central America for the next few months. The new album took me about 10 months to finish and I am very happy with the outcome.

Once back in the states, I will be doing an official release of the new album with a tour to follow. Thank you for checking in with me and much love and music to you all.

New Shows for July and August posted!

Hey friends,

Just got back from a busy past few weeks of shows and studio time. Over the course of a few weeks, Gaby and the Glue got to perform at 2 different music festivals, did a show in the city, and put in 5 days in the recording studio. I am happy to be back home for a week or so to get ready for some more upcoming shows in San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Calistoga. If you get a second, check out my calendar. I will be performing several shows in July and August around town. The Glue (Inx Herman, Mark Calderon, Colin Hoops, and Ryan Herr) will be joining me for the shows.

Gaby is back in the Studio Recording his 2nd Album on 2 inch Tape!!

I am currently in the studio recording tracks for my 2nd album, to be released this summer. We are recording on 2 inch analog tape at Golden Gate Studios in San Francisco, CA. So far we have finished tracking for drums, bass, percussion, and various electronic percussive grooves. I am very pleased with what we have done so far and look forward to another big push this next week, recording rhythm guitars and vocals.

CD Release Show Tonight at the Red Devil Lounge in SF!

The time has come! I have been planning, working, and waiting for this date to come for some time, and I am very happy to announce that I will be releasing my first CD, entitled Let Me In, tonight at the Red Devil Lounge in San Francisco, CA.

I have poured my heart out into this album and would love for you all to come out and see us perform it live! My amazing band includes Inx Herman (Paul Simon, Vusi Mahlasela), Mark Calderon (Fugees), Colin Hoops (Kanvus), and Ryan Herr (Vuelta, Mind’s Eye). We will also have special guest Chris Haugen sitting in on the lap steel guitar.

The Red Devil is located at 1695 Polk St. San Francisco, CA 94109.

Gaby’s CD Release show on Nov. 27th!!

You are invited to a very special night!
On Friday November 27th I will be having my CD Release Show for my new album Let Me In. I would be totally honored if you could be in attendance! I am excited and proud to have the same players from the new album in Dan Lebowitz (of ALO), Inx Herman, Mark Calderon, and Colin Hoops joining me on stage. The show is taking place at the Red Devil Lounge in San Francisco, CA (1695 Polk St
San Francisco, CA 94109-3614).

To make the night even more special, Trevor Garrod of Tea Leaf Green will be performing a set of music and Matthew Layton will be performing a stand-up comedy routine. The fun starts at 9:00 p.m.

I am so stoked to announce that I will be on KPIG radio with my amazing band of musicians. I have listened to KPIG since moving to the Bay Area and it is an honor to be able to play my songs there.

San Francisco Cd Release Show at the Red Devil Lounge November 27th!

So we have one in the books! I will be doing my San Francisco CD Release show at the Red Devil Lounge on November 27th. The same players from my new album “Let Me In” will be performing with me for the CD Release. The players are Inx Herman on drums, Mark Calderon on bass, Colin Hoops on keys, and Ryan Herr on mandolin and guitar. I plan to have one more special guest to be announced in the upcoming weeks.

We will be playing in Los Angeles the very next night for a SoCal Cd release run as well, so stay tuned my friends.

I just got word that my new album “Let Me In” is now up and live at Amazon and can be bought and uploaded digitally. By clicking on Amazon, you can buy the album in it’s entirely, or you can purchase individual songs. All proceeds will go directly to the artist (that’s me).

I am stoked to be up and running on my first digital site. I also received information today saying that the album will be up on Itunes, Rhapsody, and Napster in the coming weeks.
